List of Poems for Artistic Expression
Assignment #7: Click on the link above for a list of poems. Select one poem from the list to read and analyze. You do not have to submit a written analysis, instead, draw a picture to express the themes or images in the poem in an artistic way. If you do not like to draw, feel free to come up with an alternative creative way to express the poem. Ideas: write a poem "back" to the poet, create a poster or picture on the computer, write a story about a character in the poem, find items that represent elements of the poem, etc. Use your imagination!
